a ball ache sometimes..

Opensim is NOTHING like SL, Search will not work the same, Landmarks will not
work the same..
Shit just doesnt work the same here!
Gone are the days we could casually browse for something fun to do whilst we
meandered away an afternoon.. nah.. now you gotta hunt the good shit down!

Opensim World.. Populated Places Page
Firstly.. ANY Opensim resident needs to bookmark the fuck outta this link, This is THE best.. and easiest way to get your ass around. As landmarks mostly.. DONT work.
Find the place you want to go to, on the page above (either look for where is busy or type in the region name in search etc) Then copy paste the map link (found in the "STATUS" box) into your viewers map to travel there. Once your used to this way of doing shit.. life is easy. A quick peek at the link below can throw up some goodies.
Opensim World Events Page
This link aboves opens a current events happening now page, great for knowing where to go if your in a sociable mood.
There are more events happening lately, some really good locations are popping up, amazing gangs of folks to be found in places!
Also we seem to have alot more live singers now, some of the best to look out for are Clan Escotia, Zoree Jupiter and Rogue Galaxy, often singing around the hypergrid at some point!
Other than events, there is just plain and simple lingering.. a haunt of mine seems to be LBSA(hg.osgrid.org:80:Lbsa Plaza) Usually a few folks to be found quietly pondering life and all things tech here.
Opensimworld Region Here you can grab the fabulous OpensimWorld HUD which I use daily, at a click of
a button it lets you TP to the most populated regions in the HG. Very handy
indeed for fast and furious Hg'ing!
